My office is centrally located in Simi Valley, CA. During your session, you will relax in an comfortable and serene enviroment.

During a CranioSacral Therapy Treatment: You will remain fully clothed, and will lie comfortably on a soft table. The table may be heated and/or you may be covered with a soft blanket to keep you warm and comfortable. People who experience CST describe it as deeply calming and relaxing.

During a Massage Treatment: You will lie comfortable on a soft table, modestly drapped with cotton sheets. Before the treatment begins, I will leave the room to give you an opportunity to undress to your level of comfort (this is entirely up to you), and to get comfortable on the table. The table may be heated and/or you may be covered with a soft blanket to keep you warm and comfortable. I strongly believe that massage must be comfortable during every stage in order to facilitate healing and stress relief. I do not prescribe to the "deep tissue therapy must be painful" theory. In my experience, it is far more effective to release tight muscles deep within the body using a comfortable, light touch.
